From Learning to Work Readiness — Case Study
Career Ready Foundations, created by Kate Daher, is an interactive career-readiness curriculum designed to help young people recognize their strengths, understand how they work best, and build practical skills for employment and their next steps.
The curriculum was integrated into a larger internship program serving teens with and without disabilities who had limited to no previous exposure to employment. Here’s what students shared as they reflected on what they learned about themselves, their skills, and how they show up in a work environment:
